Myanmar: Day labourers allegedly denied permanent employment & holiday benefits at garment factory; incl. co. response

In January 2024, it was reported that workers at Mirae (New Way Garment) faced a series of violations, including wage reductions after loaning money to workers, lack of medical facilities, damaged water provisions, and lack of safety in the factory.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Ziben to respond. It did not.
