Myanmar: Garment workers report dismissal of pregnant workers, verbal abuse & mandatory overtime; Incl. co. responses

In June 2023, it was reported that workers at Ten Da Garment factory were facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, verbal abuse, unpaid and mandatory overtime and the dismissal of pregnant workers.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Tendam and LPP S.A. (for its MOHITO brand) to respond. The responses can be found below.
