...In February 2022, immediately following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Caddock halted our sales and shipments to Russian enCCes. It is unknown what the level of inventory of electronic components existed within Russia, prior to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

As a company in the United States, Caddock complies with all applicable laws and regulaCons governing our business, including applicable U.S. export control laws.

Caddock will not knowingly participate in a transaction where the product would be diverted to a restricted entity or for a restricted use, contrary to the applicable U.S. export control laws, the national security and foreign policy interests of the United States...
