HP response

...The information provided to the BHRRC in our response dated May 2023 is still valid. HP has stopped all sales to Russia and the prohibition extends to our distributors and resellers. In addition, we screen each new potential customer prior to engagement to ensure they are not a blocked or denied party.

HP employees have been informed of the Company’s policy regarding the prohibition on business with Russia, and sales personnel have been trained on the processes and controls put in place to mitigate diversion risk. This training includes identifying red flags and how to contact HP’s trade compliance team for review of questionable transactions. When such escalations occur, transactions are placed on hold pending the trade compliance team’s approval.
