New Balance is a member of long standing of the Better Work Program, a joint program of the ILO and IFC, bringing together all levels of the global garment industry to improve working conditions and respect for workers’ labor rights. We work with Better Work in Jordan, where there is heavy reliance on migrant workers in the factories. Jerash has been a member factory of Better Work for seven years.
