After returning her money, a person identified as Laura arrived and insulted the reporter, saying that El Popular slandered the company in the notes and reports they have written about the products and the way it operates. At that moment, a group of men surrounded Paulina, intimidated her and forced her to delete the material she had taken from the conference as well as other coverage and personal photographs.
