This report summarizes the scope and patterns of alleged corporate-related human rights abuse found in a sample of 320 cases posted on the Business and Human Rights Resource Center webpage from February 2005 – December 2007...[I]mpacts were alleged to occur in all regions... Firms from a broad range of sectors have been alleged to abuse or contribute to the abuse of one or more human rights – covering the full range of human rights, including civil and political; economic, social and cultural; and labor related rights.
