Medidas adoptadas: A joint accident investigation team consisting of MIDMAC, PORR Qatar and Six Construct Qatar Ltd. was established and issued a formal report to the Supreme Committee. The report identified a number of health and safety issues relating to the accident and made a number of recommendations in response.
