...Kingmaker is currently undergoing a complete restructuring, aimed at addressing working conditions in a timely and appropriate way. This will be accomplished by initiating an all encompassing "Kingmaker Code of Conduct" to be employed throughout our facilities. In addition, we have invited an independent, third party organization (Verite) to make a full assessment of our Zhuhai facilities in order to correctly address all relevant Code of Conduct topics. The results of this report will be made public.
