TENDAM does not have any kind of relationship (currently and in the past) with BEST FORTUNE.

Last October 2023, SMART FACTORY reported that they understand that TENDAM was producing in that factory a concrete product, so we verified after an inspection onsite and the confirmation of our Supplier (reviewing the production plans per line and product) that the reference was produced in facility KSENG MYANMAR APPAREL which is an approved and authorized facility of TENDAM.

KSENG MYANMAR APPAREL is periodically assessed with BSCI audits, and no critical violations has been highlighted in the latest audit.

NEXSTAR GARMENT (WS):

NEXSTAR is an approved facility of TENDAM’s through our supplier WINTERSUN.

This facility counts with repeated BSCI audits since 2016, being the latest one conducted in October 2022. Their BSCI history shows a great improvement reaching a B result in their 2022 assessment. Also, we included this site in our yearly own semi-announced social program and conducted an audit in March 2023 whose results was aligned with BSCI outcome.
