Membership organization of business & thought leaders committed to American democracy congratulate President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris

"Leadership Now Project congratulates President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris," 7 Nov 2020

Americans once again proved the strength of our collective spirit and commitment to democracy. Thousands of election officials worked tirelessly for months to ensure a free and fair voting process during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, a record number of Americans--nearly 160 million--were able to safely and securely vote.

Now the voters have spoken. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will become the President and Vice President of the United States. This is more than just a win for the candidates, it is a win for democracy... The Leadership Now Project is proud to join with business leaders and associations from across the country in calling for respect for the election outcome.  Collectively, we support an orderly transfer of power, a tradition dating back to 1792.
