It is reported that 88 Specified Skilled Workers at confectionery Chateraise have been put on standby for around two and a half months. And have not been paid due to delays in factory construction plans.
In response to an interview, Chateraise commented, "We apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused. We will begin a review of the entire process for accepting Specified Skilled Workers and work to prevent a recurrence," and said it would pay unemployment benefits to these workers.
