Aimtec response

As per your request, please see below Aimtec’s official statement:

As stated in our Terms of SaleAimtec products are neither designed nor intended for use in military/aerospace applications”. Furthermore, Aimtec products are designed to only meet industrial specs, not military ones.

Moreover, Aimtec strives to comply with all applicable trade regulations in Canada, United States of America and European Union. Our export control policies and procedures are intended to deter the sale of Aimtec products to any of the sanctioned countries under said trade regulations. Those procedures include our global network of authorized Distributors who are requested to formally adhere to our export control policies.

To that end, we no longer have sales in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Additionally, we regularly monitor and verify our Distributors' adherence to these regulations. For this purpose, we conduct security checks against the Canadian Acts and Regulations consolidated list and the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Entity List. These checks help us identify potential risks and ensure that our business partners operate within the bounds of the law.
