... Two women tea workers, Indra Dwivedi, and Sanjita Rabidas, died of heat stroke at the Deochra garden, an outpost of Duncan Brothers Shamshernagar tea garden in Kamalganj on Wednesday night.
They worked three shifts and came home sick. When they were taken to the hospital later that night, the doctors declared them dead. Apart from this, four workers in the Deochra tea garden, three in the Shamshernagar tea garden, one in the Chatlapur tea garden, and two in the Alinagar tea garden have suffered from heat stroke.
