U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan…postponed deciding whether to grant a preliminary injunction blocking lawyers for Ecuadorean citizens who sued Texaco Inc., acquired by Chevron in 2001, from seeking assets of the second-largest U.S. oil company.
