Fiji - Anti-union decree - 2011

In October 2011 Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Qantas and Air Pacific to respond to reports linking them to the drafting of Fiji's Essential National Industries (Employment) Decree, which trade unions say "effectively outlaws unions".  These items are available here:
