Grammer's response to ETI Sweden report on human rights risks linked to tram production

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

GRAMMER is committed to the respect and protection of human rights both in its own business area as well as in the supply chain. Our Declaration of Principles on Respect for Human Rights (grammer_human_rights_en_20221213.pdf) and our Code of Conduct (grammer_code_of_conduct_en_20230928.pdf) and our Supplier Code of Conduct (grammer_supplier_code_of_coduct_en_20230525.pdf) provide more information regarding our commitments. Part of our commitment is to remain engaged and encourage corrective actions should violations be detected.

In particular, GRAMMER audits its own group companies as well as its suppliers and provides a whistleblowing system, that enables employees and third parties to report alleged violations against human rights. Anonymous reports are possible. Regarding the alleged conduct in the report, no reports have been issued to GRAMMER.

GRAMMER takes the alleged conduct in the report seriously, will assess it and initiate respective investigations as well as corrective measures if necessary.
