Kyocera response

The Kyocera Group respects and complies with all export laws and regulations related to international security trade control, including the Japanese “Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act.” In addition, the Kyocera Group has a security trade control system to prevent any diversion of components to mass destruction and conventional weapons, and products and technologies that could be used for their production and development.

Since many of our products are general-purpose components, we will continue to work closely with our customers and distributors to ensure that there are no violations of all laws, such as circumvention exports and unintended resale.
