Myanmar: Garment workers forced to work unpaid overtime all night if they fail to meet targets; incl. co. responses

In March 2024, it was reported that workers at Dongxin Garment are facing a series of violations, including mandatory and unpaid overtime all night and on Sundays if workers don't meet excessive production targets, denial of leave, day labourers denied permanent employment and overtime pay, and no medical clinic in the factory.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LC Waikiki and Voyager to respond. LC Waikiki's response can be found below. Voyager did not respond.
