“Working conditions at K Won & MICC Garment Factory during the third wave of COVID-19 epidemic”, 15 August 2021
…The factory name is K Won & MICC Garment Factory. There is a lack of systematic action on the prevention of [COVID-19]…There is a hand basin, but not enough soap. [There are COVID-19 infecte[ctions] at the factory and three people have died. But the employer does not do anything systematic to prevent it. I[t] took my temperature but not systematically. Workers are also worried. But I did not dare to say anything for fear of losing my job. Ferries are also crowded. No hand sanitizer is provided. There is no one to tell you what [measures] to follow… Now the workers are worried too…
