The...super[visor]s and leaders from Yangon Fukuyama Apparel (YFA) garment factory form War Ta Yar industrial zone, Shwe Pyi Thar intimidated individual[s]...who [were] interested in forming a trade union and also called a meeting to intimidate the whole factory with [a] microphone.
It is also known that the factory didn’t approve the labourers a gate pass to go out to register the union on August 8...
