Nexperia response

We take the news that our products were found in Russian weapons in Ukraine very seriously. As a company with international operations and customers, we take our responsibilities close at heart.

Nexperia does not design, produce or sell products for military or dual-use applications, and we have a series of rigid compliance rules in place to which all our employees need to abide. We have demanded the same of our distributors, through which a large part of our products are being sold.

It is frustrating to see that, in spite of all measures we – and many companies with us – have installed, it is still possible that our products end up where they don’t belong.

We are in a constant dialogue with several authorities on this matter, so as to limit the illicit trade of our products, realizing that fully preventing it is extremely difficult.

You may find further information in our company’s statement on our website: https://www.nexperia.com/about/news-events/press-releases/Nexperia-s-response-to-news-that-semiconductors-are-found-in-Russian-military-equipment
