NGO Report on alleged human rights abuses & climate change impacts by operations of Emgesa, Glencore & Repsol in Peru and Colombia

A December 2014 report on the impacts of energy and mining operations by three multinational companies (Emgesa [part of Enel-Endesa], Glencore and Repsol) in Peru and Colombia describes impacts produced by their expansion to “more vulnerable and remote regions” affecting indigenous peoples and forest territories. The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited the companies to respond; responses are available in English & in Spanish below.
