BBF is not a supplier to Olenex while Agropalma is an indirect supplier to us.

We have already reached out to Agropalma to seek clarification on similar issues since April 2022 when the case was brought to our attention. Agropalma has already provided clarification to us on the allegations within the Global Witness report and you may find their statement attached to this email.

Agropalma is a member of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), and their operations are bound by over 120 environmental, social and traceability indicators as indicated in the RSPO Principles and Criteria.
