Following accusations brought during a press conference by a member of the Chokri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi Defence Committee... Ooredoo Tunisia provides the following clarifications to the public:
- The company denies all charges against it and the person of its general manager, Mansour Rashid Al-Khater...and confirms that it has been working for twenty years in compliance with the data protection law and preseve clients' personal data. The company also states that it will not utilize its means and capabilities in any illegal act.

- The company affrims that it operates within the most transparent safety and governance standards in the world and is committed to looking after its customers' interests and protecting their personal data.
- The company assures that it will take a legal action regarding the accusations made by the member...for harming the reputation of the company and the confidence of those dealing with it...using all legitimate legal means.
