OVS SpA's response to 'Who pays for the crisis' tracker allegations - March 2024

We can confirm we have never had any commercial relationship with Dird. After a deep verification through our supply chain we discovered that we just acted as a pure retailer selling some products from a third party company which had a manufacturing relationship with Dird. We had no involvement neither in the product development nor in the sourcing activity.

Besides collections of housebrand products, OVS distributes a selection of garments made by other brands (such as GAP, Eastpak, New Balance). More specifically, DIRD was involved in the production of J Brand International products. In this case products development, sourcing and import are operated by J Brand International.
