Qatar Airways response to questions on recruitment in Qatar & ahead of the 2022 World Cup

"Qatar Airways Group have rigorous procedures in place for their recruitment process and set the highest of standards when conducting searches for employees. If any recruitment agencies are used, they go through an extensive tender process and technical evaluation to ensure their suitability and are continually assessed throughout the process, with appropriate legally binding obligations. Our public careers website clearly states that Qatar Airways Group do not request candidates to make any payments as part of the recruitment process to anyone and we invite potential candidates to report any alleged instances of recruitment fraud which are then immediately actioned by our organisation. Qatar Airways Group has a zero tolerance approach to any deceptive or fraudulent recruitment of labour, as indicated by the Qatar Airways modern slavery statement which is available on Qatar Airways website: https://www.qatarairways.com/content/dam/documents/qatar-airways-modern-slavery-statement.pdf .”
