Sovetsky District Court convicted the environmental director of Krasnoyarsk Aluminium plant under Article 251 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Atmospheric Pollution.” The Office of the Prosecutor General for Siberian Federal District reports that he was given 320 hours of compulsory work.
