Spie Batignolles non-response to allegations of evading responsibility for undocumented migrant workers through subcontracting
We invited Spie Batignolles to respond to the article, and to outline any human rights due diligence it undertakes prior to entering into contracts with suppliers and when monitoring working conditions at suppliers, including working conditions for undocumented workers.
Spie Batignolles did not respond to the Resource Centre's request for comment.
