We will continue to work in partnership with Sports City to confirm that it, and its subsidiaries, meet all applicable legal and code of conduct obligations to their employees, continue to meet with employees and committee members, and engage with the Free Trade Zone administration offices and the Department of Labor and Employment (“DOLE”).
