Zoom did not respond to a letter calling for the end of its emotion tracker function
On 29 June 2022, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Zoom to respond to a letter from more than 25 leading human rights organizations calling on Zoom to stop the exploration of an emotion tracking software for the privacy and human rights risks associated with it. The company did not respond.
