The mine has been fully permitted...Part of the permitting process involved a 3-year process of community involvement...We have not been able to identify any human rights issues. The anti-mining protestors have not presented any human rights issues. Nor are there any health issues...Regarding...issues...like people being worried about their water supply, air quality, or quality of life: we have had an on-going effort for the past three years in which we placed knowledgeable people in the local communities with an attempt to identify and address these issues...[W]e are doing everything we think is possible to reach out to, educate, and dialog with, the local communities.
