General Dynamics did not respond to allegations that the co. is contributing to HART's invasion of privacy and human rights violations

On 14 July 2022, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited General Dynamics to respond to the allegations contained in the Immigrant Defense Project, Just Futures Law & Mijente report “Hart Attack: How DHS’s massive biometrics database will supercharge surveillance and threaten rights” that by providing biometric services to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security´s (DHS) Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology System (HART), General Dynamics is contributing to invasion of privacy and human rights violations against immigrant communities and communities of colour. The company did not respond.
