Haiti: Over 3,000 garment workers face dismissal as garment factory faces shipment delays & order cancellations amid strikes and civil unrest; incl. co. responses

In February 2023, it was reported that the S&H Global factory was closing, with 3,500 workers facing dismissal, due to strikes and civil unrest that have subsequently led to shipment delays, order cancelations, and other problems, with clients reportedly opting for more reliable suppliers and factories elsewhere.

In March 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Gap, Kohl's, Target, and Walmart to respond. The responses can be found below.
