Harbin Aircraft Industry Group (HAIG) did not respond

The Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invitedHarbin Aircraft Industry Group (HAIG) to respond to the allegations in the Justice for Myanmar (JFM) report stating that that the Harbin Y-12 is manufactured by HAIG. The Harbin Y-12, JFM alleges, was used by the Myanmar military “to attack Mantong town and surrounding villages” and “to conduct multiple airstrikes across Myanmar”.

HAIG did not respond.
