Sun Kyoung Vietnam is not an active supplier for Michael Kors and has not been authorized to produce product for Michael Kors since January 2021. 

M&V International Manufacturing is factory utilized by an active supplier for Michael Kors. As a result of the allegations raised by BHRRC, we are conducting an investigation to understand the hiring and firing practices of the factory, including to ensure this activity is conducted in accordance with applicable law and impacted workers are treated fairly and with respect. Should our investigation substantiate any violations of our Code of Conduct, applicable law or human rights, we commit to taking appropriate remedial action.
