Myanmar: Garment worker allegedly forced to resign or face blacklisting; incl. co. responses

In September 2022, it was reported that a worker at Kingsrich (Myanmar) Fashion factory was forced to quit, or else they would face blacklisting, and had not been paid severance.

In October 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M and Marks & Spencer to respond. The full responses are included below.
