Myanmar: Garment workers forced to work overtime, causing mental & physical health issues; incl. co. responses

In July 2023, it was reported that workers at the Kseng garment factory in Myanmar were facing a range of violations including forced overtime, physical abuse and intimidation.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited New Wave Group (for its brand Clique), Matalan, New Yorker (for its brand FBSister), Orsay, and Tendam (for its brand Springfield). Responses can be found below.
