Myanmar: Garment workers report abuses at factory incl. confiscation of mobile phones & excessive targets; incl. co. responses

In February 2024, it was reported that workers at Synergy Garment are facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, employer interference in WCC candidates, phones kept by supervisor while they're working, and wages cut if workers take leave.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Gémo, Lidl, New Yorker (for its FBSister brand) and LPP S.A (for its Sinsay brand) to respond. Responses can be found below.
