Myanmar: Garment workers report abuses in factory incl. denial of leave & unhygienic conditions; incl. co. response

In February 2024, it was reported that workers at Bofei Garment are facing a series of violations, including excessive production targets, denial of leave including medical leave and wage cuts if workers take leave, unhygienic dining and toilet area, and day labourers hired on low wages.

In September 2024, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP (for its Sinsay brand) and Takko to respond. The responses can be found below.
