Myanmar: Garment workers reportedly forced to quiet if they refuse overtime; incl. co. responses

In July 2023, it was reported that workers at the Myanmar Jiale Fashion garment factory were facing a series of violations, including workers being forced to quit their jobs if they don't work overtime and workers facing wage cut despite the employer stating wages would increase.

In October 2023, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M and Inditex to respond. The responses can be found below.
