In October 2023, it was reported that workers at Kfine International Garment (myanmar) faced a series of violations, including non-payment of pension contributions from the factory, workers facing verbal abuse from HR manager for telling the Labour Office about the non-payment of annuities, the Labour Office telling workers not to report their issues again, factory interpreters sexually harassing women workers, workers forced to work during holiday and substitute with Sundays' off without holiday pay, workers forced to be transported in small buses with higher ranking factory officials taking seats while pregnant women are forced to stand up, the labour office allegedly accepting bribes from the factory during inspections.

In January 2024, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Inditex (for its Zara brand), BESTSELLER (for its BESTSELLER and ONLY brands) and LPP S.A (for its Reserved brand) to respond.
