Myanmar: Three workers allegedly die of COVID-19 at K-Won & MICC garment factory, due to inadequate COVID-19 preventative measures; incl. co. response

In August 2021, it was reported that K-Won & MICC garment factory was not implementing adequate COVID-19 prevention measures, but workers were too afraid to raise concerns with the factory. Three workers had reportedly become infected with COVID-19 and subsequently died.

In June 2022, Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited H&M to respond. The full response is included below.
