RC International did not respond to allegations about sale of surveillance technology in Latin America but answered CSO question on human rights

On 6 June 2022, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited RC International to respond to the allegations contained in Access Now´s report “Surveillance Tech in Latin America: Made Abroad, Deployed at Home” that RC International is selling surveillance technologies across the region without transparency or public scrutiny eroding democratic processes, undermining privacy, freedom of speech and other basic human rights. The company did not respond.

On the same occasion, we invited RC International to respond to Access Now's questions about its operations and responsibility to respect human rights. RC International responded to this request by submitting its answers to the questionnaire which are available in this publication.
