On February 24, 2022, Western Digital stopped all shipments of Western Digital products and ceased all technical support to Russia, Belarus, Donetsk People’s Republic, and Luhansk People’s Republic. Western Digital also issued written notifications to distributors that had been authorized to sell into these regions requiring them to cease selling our products into those regions. These distributors acknowledged in writing receipt of our notification and agreed to comply with our requirements. Based on our information, our distributors are complying with our directive to stop shipments into the aforementioned regions.
