UN Working Group on Business & Human Rights launches ambitious project to implement UNGPs more broadly in next decade

On 7 July 2020, the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights launched a new global project, 'Business and human rights: towards a decade of global implementation' (UNGPs 10+ / Next Decade BHR), centred around the upcoming tenth anniversary of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).

The project will take stock of achievements to date, assess existing gaps and challenges, and develop an ambitious vision and roadmap for for scaling up the implementation of the UNGPs over the next 10 years. To help inform stocktaking and the roadmap for the next decade, the UN Working Group is seeking input from a wide range of stakeholders and inviting responses via the “Have your say!” written input form (Deadline: 30 November).
