We are disappointed that, despite the five years of preparation, the authors did not make any effort to engage with Glencore on the Reports during this period. The Reports contain unfounded allegations and misleading statements, the majority of which have been addressed by Glencore in numerous publications, which can be found on our website (http://www.glencore.com/public-positions/) and, as a result, we will not provide a detailed rebuttal to the Reports at this stage.
