SEIU wins case: G4S subsidiary Wackenhut Violated Rights of IMF Workers Seeking to Form a Union according to latest ruling [USA]

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ruled against Wackenhut [part of Group 4 Securicor] in a case involving security workers who sought to organize a union at the headquarters of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC...
