Myanmar: Pregnant garment workers at Tianjin Fashion Milestone factory allegedly denied maternity leave; incl. co. responses
In May 2022, it was reported that pregnant workers were denied maternity leave at Tianjin Fashion Factory. The factory reportedly produces for Inditex, BESTSELLER and LPP S.A.
Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited LPP S.A, BESTSELLER, Inditex and Primark to respond. The responses are included below.
