Myanmar: Workers at hat factory report labour rights violations incl. forced overtime, child labour & verbal abuse; incl. co. response

In October 2022, it was reported that workers were facing a series of violations at Myanmar LNY Caps Co. Ltd, including denial of leave, mandatory and unpaid overtime if the production targets were not met, women workers walking home from night shifts as there had been no ferries arranged by the factory, underage workers facing threats, and verbal abuse.

Business & Human Rights Resource Centre invited Otto Caps, Cap America and '47 Brand to respond. None of the brands responded.
